What are your payment modes?For online orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer/PayNow/PayLah (Singapore) and Alipay. For in-store orders, we accept the options mentioned above, with the incluison of cash. Please note that for all payments are charged in SGD.

What if they are missing or wrong items when I receive my product?For missing or items that have been wrongly delivered, please contact us at enquiries@camperscorner.com.sg and quote your order number. Our customer service is open on weekdays from 12pm to 8pm (SG time). We will reply to your query within 1 working day and advise you on the steps to take next.

How do I know my order has been submitted?You will receive an invoice in your email inbox upon order confirmation and payment. Once your order has been prepared and sent out, an email notification will be sent to your inbox to notify you.

Do you have a physical store?Yes, our main office is located at 75 Bukit Timah Road, Boon Siew Building #01-01 Singapore 229833. We are opened from Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 8pm. However, we will be closed on public holidays, specifically on the Eve and Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year.

Can I make changes to my order?Changes to orders made during peak season period such as 4 to 15 February will incur a $20 re-booking and processing fee. Should you wish to cancel the order placed, refund will be made in store credits after the 14th February.

Do you deliver to all locations?We deliver locally, within mainland Singapore except for the following locations: Jurong Island Tuas Do note that we do not deliver to any offshore locations around Singapore. There will be additional delivery surcharges for the following locations: Central Business District ($3) Sentosa ($6)

How long does it take to deliver my order?Smartpac Delivery Takes about 2 - 3 working days after order is been processed Express Courier Delivery Takes about 1-2 working days after order is been processed

How long does international shipping take?All orders are dispatched from Singapore. Please allow 1 – 2 days for order handling and another 3 – 10 business days for shipping (depending on your location), for your item(s) to reach you. During certain periods such as holidays and COVID-19, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames mentioned above. Please ensure that you enter the billing and shipping address in English to avoid delays with your order. All orders require a signature on delivery and we do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Do you deliver internationally and how are they charged?For international deliveries, do drop us an email at enquiries@camperscorner.com.sg with the items you wish to order. Our friendly staff will assist you with your order and advise on the shipping fees.

Can I track my order?You can track the status of your order via the link given in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at enquiries@camperscorner.com.sg and we will be happy to assist you with an update on the shipping status.

Can I exchange my item?Yes, we offer exchanges for items purchased at full price. To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility (by appointment basis) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange.

Can I return my item?For any defects upon receiving the items, please contact our customer support within 2 days. Do send the photo of the defect(s) within 2 days from receipt of delivery/collection to us via email in order for us to facilitate your return request: After assessment and inspection of the defect items, we will either offer an exchange or the value of returned product(s) via the same credit card or cash (brank transfer) used to make the payment based on our discretion.
